Valdor I is a 588,225 sq ft (54,648 sqm) logistics facility in Penang’s Valdor Industrial Area, strategically located 6 km from Batu Kawan Industrial Park. Built to international Grade A warehouse standards.

The development is a two storey warehouses, featuring high floor loading capacity, 40 loading bays, and a 9-meter clear height. Designed as a green building and set for completion in Q3 2025, Valdor I can achieve up to 30% reduction in embodied carbon emissions and can cut operational energy-related carbon emissions by up to 70%.
