The build-to-suit facility by Equalbase will feature approximately 100,000 square feet GFA of high-spec manufacturing space with integrated warehousing facilities, designed to support both logistics and electronic device manufacturing. Constructed on a land parcel of 210,000 square feet, with potential for future expansion, the single-storey development will begin operations in Q1 2027.
