Iljuk is a 40,900 pyeong (1.45M sq ft) high-specification logistics facility in South Korea, strategically positioned to enhance supply chain efficiency for key industries.

Developed in two phases, with Phase 1 completed in May 2014 and Phase 2 completed in 2019, the facility includes 30 loading bays and varied clear heights—12.5m in Warehouse II, 8.5m in Warehouse I. It integrates a ceiling and in-rack sprinkler system for fire protection and telescopic dock levelers to support efficient warehouse operations.
