This is how Managing Director Yongseok Shin defines Equalbase. He highlights that the ‘operational heritage’ inherited from Pan Asia Logistics, a company with 40 years of history, is Equalbase’s unique strength. Equalbase, which directly carries out the entire process of design, development, finance, and operations while providing customised solutions to both global and local clients and investors, began developing BTS (Build-to-Suit) logistics centres at the request of a German automobile manufacturer during its time as a logistics operator. After attracting global institutional investment in 2022, the company fully entered the development business.
