GXO Signs Landmark Tenancy Deal with Equalbase Sunway 103° Free Commercial Zone

Major Lease Agreement Sets New Standard for Logistics in Johor/Singapore
Singapore, 22 September 2025 – Equalbase, a Singapore-headquartered sustainable industrial real estate developer specializing in modern logistics and industrial spaces across Asia, announced today that GXO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: GXO), the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, has signed a long-term tenancy agreement with Equalbase. The deal secures GXO the entire 720,000 square foot warehouse at 103° Free Commercial Zone Phase I in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
This state-of-the-art facility—strategically located less than an hour from Singapore—will serve as a central hub to support GXO customers across the region, boosting efficiency and strengthening their supply chains. It is built to international standards in health, safety, compliance, and sustainability, while offering direct access to the region’s most dynamic trade corridor.

With GXO moving in, Warehouses 1 and 2 of Phase I are now fully leased. The development of Phases 2 and 3 continues where buildings will feature advanced multistorey logistics facilities.
