The Equalbase logistics centre in 93, Tuas Bay Drive has been completed last month and is operational. The 480,000 sq ft warehouse complex is equipped with a 4-storey drive-up ramp that allows truck access to all warehouse levels for more efficiency and productivity. Several functional areas, a floor height of up to 16 meters, state-of-the-art interior equipment, and 40% storage space with the ability to be air-conditioned caters to many different storage requirements. With a height of 65 meter, the warehouse is one of the tallest buildings in the western part of Singapore.
