As a responsible member of a small Sustainability team, we are currently seeking a qualified Sustainability Executive.

Main duties:

· Obtaining building certifications such as LEED and GBI for each development project.

· Advise & coordinate the project team on sustainable design, material, renewable energy, smart solutions, and construction methods.

· Manage documentation and compliance on sustainable building projects.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in building sustainability and standards of building certifications.

· Liaise with all departments and promote the sustainability agenda within the Company

· Participate in external events to introduce Equalbase sustainability agenda

Required skills and experience:

· Excellent English

· Ideally a degree from a top tier or international university within Architectural, Engineering, or Environmental.

· Certified accredited professional of LEED (LEED AP)

· Experience in taking the lead of the building project certification process in the local market – GBI & LEED certifications.

· Experience in design coordination with the project teams including Architects, Engineers, QS, contractors, etc.

· Analysis and interpretation skills in energy modeling, solar radiation, CFD, thermal & lighting comfort and daylighting.

· Experience studying or working abroad or working for a multi-national company in Malaysia

· Minimum of five years relevant work experience

· Willing to handle a great variety and diversity of topics

· Pro-active working style to be able to initiate and drive topics independently

· Advanced Excel skills are essential

· Advanced PowerPoint skills

· AI experience
