As a responsible member of Human Resources team, we are currently seeking a qualified Senior HR Executive.

Main duties:

· Responsible for recruitment activities across all entities including candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, screening, verifying qualifications, cultural fit and onboarding

· Responsible for internship programs (sourcing, liaising with schools/universities, establishing a network and being the main point of contact for the interns)

· Manage all Work Pass matters, from applications to renewals and cancellations

· Ensure that human resources records are accurately updated and maintained in the system (HRIS)

· Coordinate staff engagement activities inclusive of charity and other CSR and ESG related activities

· Assist in training registration and maintaining the training records

· Support performance review activities

· Undertake any other ad-hoc HR and Admin duties by superiors from time to time.

Required skills and experience:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

· 4-5 years of experience as HR Generalist

· Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act for Malaysia and Singapore

· Good organisational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work

· Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially with Excel and Power Point)

· Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with colleagues at all levels

· Possessing empathy, sincerity and integrity

· Meticulous, detail-oriented, well organized and pro-active

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
