As a responsible member of a small Project Team, we are currently seeking a qualified Senior Engineer.
Main duties:
· Monitoring the performance of main contractor, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers at project site.
· Monitor and ensure project timeline is met.
· Assist in managing a project’s budget and quality from initial planning until its completion.
· Ensuring that the site is free of any potential hazards and that the crew is practicing safety measures.
· Liaising with consultants to be informed of any new information, such as a revised construction drawing or a specific site instruction from the client.
· Providing daily updates to the crew regarding the progress of the project.
· Plan, coordinate and monitor main-contractor and sub-contractor’s activities at project sites.
· Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc.
· Coordinate/chair the internal coordination meeting.
· Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
Required skills and experience:
· Diploma / Bachelor Degree or Higher in related field.
· Preferably with at least 8 to 10 years working experience in Construction industry (Building/Warehouse).
· Ability to plan, implement and control construction works.
· Strong analytical and leadership skills.
· Mature, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned.
· Must be computer literate.
