Main duties:

· Sustainability Regulation Compliance.

· Monitor and interpret relevant local, national, and international sustainability regulations and standards.

· Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to adhere to regulatory requirements.


Benchmarking and Reporting

· Develop and manage sustainability benchmarking and performance measurement frameworks.

· Collect, analyze, and report on ESG data to assess sustainability performance.

· Utilize sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRESB, SFDR, etc. to ensure consistent and transparent reporting.


Risk Management

· Monitor emerging ESG trends and assess ESG risks and opportunities.

· Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address ESG challenges.


Stakeholder Engagement

· Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG awareness and initiative and to address ESG risks and opportunities.

· Communicate ESG performance and initiatives to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications


· Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, real estate, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or a related field within the real estate sector.

· Knowledge of sustainability regulations, standards, and best practices specific to the real estate industry.

· Experience with sustainability benchmarking and reporting frameworks such as GRESB, SFDR, etc.


Skills and Competencies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex ESG data and trends.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ESG performance and initiatives to diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

· Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for sustainability and ESG.


Certifications

· Relevant certification in sustainability or ESG, such as GRESB AP, is highly appreciated.
