Main duties:
· Implementing the Company's short-term and long-term strategies
· Execute and source direct sales opportunities
· Handle sales enquiries and site inspections while providing solutions according to the client’s expectation
· Account management of clients to achieve high retention rates
· Collaborate with internal teams for pre-sales planning and aftersales services
· Development and delivery of key account strategies and approaches, in alignment with corporate
strategy that embodies an understanding of the customer's business and challenges
· Development of Key Account abilities and competencies to meet or exceed the needs of our customers
· Source and develop strategic partnerships and opportunities with the goal to generate increased revenues and extending distribution for our apps
· Drive direct sales activity which includes prospecting, pipelines, optimization, upselling and renewals
· Strategic thinker and tactical executorpossess the ability to shift from big picture to detailed operations on a dime
· Actively track and report on key account metrics such as: revenue growth, customer retention and client satisfaction to management
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and successful delivery of services
· Identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable project opportunities
· Engage with clients to uncover unmet needs and explore potential project ideas which align with their business objectives
· Coordination and support of overseas sales team
· Added advantage if the candidate has prior background in industrial property development sector
Required skills and experience:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
· 5 to 10 years in sales or marketing experience or working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts concisely
· Able to work independently in a fast-paced and diverse environment
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially with Excel and Power Point)
· Possesses strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
