As a responsible member of Strategy, Markets & Development team, we are currently seeking a qualified Business Analyst.


Main duties:

· Monitor industry trends and developments

· Keep up to date with industry specific news

· Research and analyze the development of the commercial real estate market (warehouses and industrial spaces) in Malaysia

· Analyze relevant industry sectors and competitors

· Develop new growth initiatives, forecasts and scenarios

· Utilize AI to retrieve and filter available data and generate reports

· Presentation of results to management in Malaysia and Singapore

· Liaise and collaborate between various business departments and groups


Required skills and experience:

· Excellent English

· Ideally a degree from a top tier or international university

· Experience studying or working abroad or working for a multi-national company in Malaysia

· Minimum of two years relevant work experience in strategy consulting firm or market research company

· Very structured with excellent analytical skills

· Willing to handle a great variety and diversity of topics

· Pro-active working style to be able to initiate and drive topics independently

· Advanced Excel skills are essential

· Advanced PowerPoint skills

· AI experience

· Ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions

· Experience in working data analytics tools such as PowerBI or Python

· Proficiency with data visualization
